We do not hold your invoices.

The short version
Bily has no account, no login and no database of ours holding anybody's financial records. Your invoices, customers, business details and bank details are stored on your own devices and, if you have iCloud on, in your own iCloud account. We have no access to either.
What actually leaves your phone
Four things. Only the last one holds your documents, and it goes to your own iCloud, not to us.

Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Bily asks you once before sending any app usage events or crash reports, and sends none unless you agree. Everywhere else they start on by default. In every country there is a switch in Settings under Privacy that turns them off, and turning it off stops collection immediately. The subscription screen and purchase receipts described above are needed to sell and verify Bily Pro, so they are sent whatever you choose here.
Crash reports
Crash and hang diagnostics come from MetricKit, Apple's own reporting framework. They describe where the code failed. They do not contain the contents of your documents.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not ask for your email address, and we do not send marketing email, because we do not have an address to send it to.
- We do not handle payments between you and your customers, and we never see your bank details.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your rights
We hold no name, email address or financial record of yours. Your documents are in your hands: deleting the app removes them from that device, and turning Bily off in your iCloud settings removes the synced copy. There is no copy of ours to chase. What we do hold is the receipts, events and crash reports described above, under a random install ID. Deleting the app deletes that ID from your phone, and you can write to the support address to ask for a copy of that data or for it to be erased. To withdraw analytics consent, use the switch in Settings under Privacy.
Children
Bily is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you. Questions about privacy go to the support address.
